2024 Spring Clay Camps: April 2nd – 5th (Tuesday – Friday)
4 Days of FUN!
Two Sessions:
Learn to Turn: YOUTH: (10 AM – 12 PM)
Open to Ages: 12 -16 years
- Learn the basics of using a potter’s wheel.
- Make cups and mugs, bowls and plates.
- Decorate with textures and glaze.
Clay Kids: (1 PM – 3 PM)
Open to Ages: 7 -11 years
- Learn the basic techniques to create handbuilt ceramics: pinching, coiling, slab.
- Make lidded jars, mugs, dishes, and colorful bowls.
All sessions are $100 per child for the full four days. (No sibling or partial attendance discounts will be offered & registration fee is non-refundable)
Payment required in advance to secure spot. *A completed and signed registration form for each child attending is required no less than 5 days prior to start date. Works will be glaze fired and ready for pickup in 2-3 weeks. Spaces are limited.
CAMP RULES FOR KIDS: Dress for a mess. Bring water bottle. No jewelry. Long hair pulled back. Closed toed shoes. Layered clothing. No electronics or toys allowed.
