This exhibition is the culmination of my work as the Artist-in-Residence at the North Carolina Pottery Center. While continuing to focus on wood firing and salt glazing my own work, I have had the unique opportunity to be immersed in Seagrove’s rich and diverse culture of pottery making. If the influence of Seagrove past and present is not immediately evident in my current body of work, my time here will certainly continue to inform my pots for years to come. Many thanks to the staff of the North Carolina Pottery Center in their support of my efforts as Artist-in-Residence.
Please join us for the Opening Reception on Saturday, July 16, 2016, from 12:00—2:00 p.m. The reception is open to the public and free of charge.
